Bruschetta

Ingredients:

-1 crunchy baguette sliced thin

-4 very ripe tomatoes, diced

-1 clove of garlic diced small

-1 bunch of fresh basil

-¼ cup of olive oil

-Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

1. Toast or grill the bread until crispy

2. Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl

3. Put approximately 1-2 tablespoons of the tomato mixture onto each piece of toast



Notes:

You can also use a thinly sliced rye bread or multigrain as well
